Underground Infrastructure Nears Completion

Installation of underground infrastructure is a critical yet unseen component of developing a new community and is one of the final steps.

In Stage 1 of Morningview on Middleton, shallow utility (electrical, communications and natural gas) installation nears completion and as soon as the contractors finish this installation, paving of the roads will commence. Morningview builders are preparing to begin showhome construction and are actively selling in the community.
